It was definitely 3 stars for me: staff and location were very good. I loved the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Plenty of food at breakfast, such as eggs, pancakes and cakes.

Breakfast was VARIED, hotel was relaxing, perfect location very close to the two palaces. Glad that the weather was wonderful, so I could enjoy its great pool. Not to mention very good wifi!

Staff is supportive, breakfast abundant, location is unbeatable very close to all major attractions and Marrakech and the main sightseeings. Mellah is a district that deserves exploring.

stylish place to stay while in marrakesh. staff was modern plus location was cosy. they made my stay fabulous. the breakfast was adequate, i tried affordable eggs, bacon and meats.
Internet was terrible, air conditioner was weak.

Check-in was easy, the service was efficient. There was plenty of food for breakfast, including eggs and meats. Stayed in extraordinary standard king room with an extremely comfortable bed, great bathrooms plus bath tub. Very proffesional staff, they helped us with everything. Had relaxing drinks in the pool bar.

I booked the standard queen room, the place was clean. Staff were ready to help, providing marvellous service. Comfy beds, climate control and terrace were a nice touch. You could walk to shops and a market. Early check-in too.
